🍽 Ingredients

For Dal:
• 1 cup Toor Dal (Arhar Dal)
• 2 cups Water
• ½ tsp Raman Bihari Turmeric Powder
• Salt to taste

For Tadka:
• 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 2–3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
• 1 Green Chilli (slit)
• ½ tsp Raman Bihari Red Chilli Powder
• ½ tsp Raman Bihari Garam Masala
• Fresh Coriander Leave

1. Wash and boil dal with turmeric and salt till soft. Mash slightly.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add garlic, onion, and sauté till golden brown.
4. Add tomato, chilli, and cook till the masala leaves oil.
5. Mix in Raman Bihari Red Chilli Powder and Garam Masala.
6. Pour this tadka over the cooked dal and stir well.
